Up Close and Dangerous by Linda Howard

Although this book was first released over the summer, and I just got to the top of the library request list, I couldn’t get over the niggling suspicion that I’d read it before.

Not a bad book, all and all, but nothing to write home about either.  Nothing really pops.  The story is your typical stranded in the wilderness/survival/fall in love romance.  Unoriginal and rather tediously ordinary.

Perfect for someone with a cold and a bit woozy from the medicine, but, otherwise, avoid this unless desperate for something to read (i.e. airport, waiting room, etc.).
