… about Pete Mason. Over the last couple of days, I’ve been re-reading 74 Seaside Avenue and 8 Sandpiper Way. In 74 Seaside Avenue, Linnette meets Pete Mason in Buffalo Valley. Pete lives on a farm with his brother Josh. But, at the end of Dakota Home (which I’ve also recently re-read), Pete, along with his wife and kids, had just moved to town in order to manage Maddy’s Grocery. Huh? Did I miss something? Maybe I should go back and re-read Always Dakota or something. Maybe it’s in there.
I find myself reading a lot of books again due to the system wide server crash at the library. They’ve barely got it working well enough to check out books electronically. For a couple of weeks there, we had to actually go back to the cards. I felt so elementary school. We can’t request anything from other libraries in the system. Nor can we request or renew books online. Thus, I haven’t read Promises in Death, Mistress of the Monarchy, First Comes Marriage, or Fool. It’s rather annoying.
Anyway, here’s a layout I did with my Vibrant Spring kit.
